Your booking details
When you request a collection, we ask for your name and mobile number. You can also provide a test, address, preferred time and a note. We use these details to contact you, discuss charges and arrange your collection.
Who receives your request
Your request is stored in our booking system and shared with authorized staff through service providers used for hosting, storage and notifications, including WhatsApp, email or Telegram where configured. These services help us respond to you. Please avoid including medical reports, identity documents or information unrelated to the booking in the notes field.
Website measurement
We record basic website interactions, such as page visits and booking-button clicks, to understand how the site is used. Booking names, phone numbers, addresses and test choices are not sent to advertising platforms by this website. Advertising pixels are currently disabled. We measure section visibility, broad engagement duration and form errors without recording what you type. Measurement records are retained for up to 90 days. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
