About This Test
The AMH test measures anti-müllerian hormone, produced by the ovaries. It provides insight into ovarian reserve and egg availability. AMH is also used in fertility care to help anticipate response to ovarian stimulation. It is one part of an assessment and does not by itself determine whether pregnancy will occur.
